From deep within the archives we are pleased to present the Body series, a unique collection of some of Alex Streeter's earliest works. A series of figure studies in sterling silver, these sculptural pieces were carved by Alex when he was about 25 years old.

Inspired by the Venus di Milo and headless statues of classical Greek sculpture, Alex's bodies share a distinctly surreal feeling, a captivating combination of beauty and the grotesque. This reference to the female form also appears frequently in his later works such as the Superfly Ring and Lady Dragonfly necklace.
