1. When your shipment leaves our studio, you will receive a tracking number sent to your email. This will provide you with up-to-date shipping details.
2. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the item price, and are subject to local law. Each country charges different fees and taxes, and we are not responsible for any charges you may incur on your shipment. 
3. If your order goes missing, please get in touch with your local post office first. After that, you can contact us with the details and we will do our best to resolve your case.
