Refund policy

As each piece is made-to-order, we cannot issue refunds. Please consider your purchase carefully before placing your order.

When placing your order, please make sure to choose the correct size. Should you need to exchange for a different size, we will request an exchange fee based on the complexity of resizing the piece. 

Repairs

If there is a defect in your jewelry within 1 year of purchase we will repair or replace.

If your jewelry does not last a lifetime, please contact us and we will do our best to repair for a minimal cost.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your piece you may return it for store credit. When you select a new piece of jewelry, we will credit the account less the cost of shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item - we request that you use UPS or Fed Ex with a tracking number to safely guarantee delivery. We cannot be responsible for lost packages.

To return your product, please contact us via email first at info@AlexStreeter.com

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
