This series of rings is emblazoned with Alex's version of the “Cross Patteé”, the royal emblem of the Knights Templar. In this decorative rendition a small cross can be found inside the greater emblem, a cross-within-a-cross.

Through the centuries the Knights Templar were influenced by many outside religions; eastern philosophies such as Sufism, Islam and even the ancient form of Christianity known as Gnosticism.

After the crusades, the Knights Templar were persecuted and tortured, considered to be heretics practicing so-called “Black Magick”...
