Alex Streeter & co. are pleased to present you a recently-discovered creature deep from within the Archives and galaxies beyond... Carved in the 1980's,  the sterling silver Space Mantis necklace is a psychedelic fusion of elegance and surrealism. 

Mechanical details and a slim stylized form set this mantis apart from the rest of Alex's more naturalistic works. He began carving insects in the 1970's, and as the years went on his carvings began to take on more abstract and futuristic qualities, most notably in the Superfly Ring.

The Space Mantis is a wonderfully weird specimen from the far reaches of Alex's imagination; let it take you on a cosmic journey to another world...
